We love using the herbs that we have grown in the garden to cook with.  The parsley we have been growing went really well in a parsley sauce on our fish and a sprig for garnish.  We added one of the little tomatoes that we grew on there too 😊

We had croissant with some jam and butter for snack today.  It’s always nice to try new and different foods but these are a ‘sometimes food’ and not an ‘everyday food’.

We try and choose breakfast cereal which is as healthy as we can.  This breakfast cereal shows all green which means that is is relatively low in fat, saturates, sugars and salt.  A pretty healthy choice we think.
